Welcome to the online catalogue. Here we present a listing of plants we intend to have for sale during the coming year. This version of our catalogue will, by nature of the technology, be more up to date than our printed version and we intend monthly updates during the growing season (oops!  Where does the time go to?). With this in mind we recommend regular visits to catch the newest plants before they all sell!

We maintain the layout of our printed version with the addition of photographs for an increasing number of plants and longer descriptions where appropriate. Please click on a link to go directly to the sections.

If you would like to read more about our plants or how to use them in the garden have a look at our recommended books.

New plants will be added to the catalogue as they become available and may be added to the New Plants page as well. This means that unlike the printed catalogue the website is always current. If you would like a copy of the printed catalogue please send 5 x 1st class stamps or £1.50 or 5 x IRCs to us (see Contact Us for the address). Please note that our paper catalogue is no longer being published on an annual basis, it is now likely to be 18 months to 2 years between issues, this is down to more customers ordering from and using this website - thank you.

Pot sizes are included in the entries on this website and consist of the diameter or volume followed by an indication of shape. ED means Extra Deep (9cmED pots are square, 1LED pots are round), R means Round, SR pots have a Square top and Round bottom and SQ means Square.  All sizes and volumes are approximate and are usually as quoted by the pot manufacturer, we do not guarantee accuracy!  A 1LR pot is close to an old style 5” pot, but not as deep, and a 9cmR is the same as an old style 3½” or 9F pot. Also, all sizes given are the intended pot, things do not always go to plan and so plants may, occasionally, be in different sizes. Some plants are produced in more than one size pot and larger or smaller than normal may sometimes be available.

All of the plants listed will be available during the coming year and can be bought at the nursery, taken to sales or ordered by mail. Not all plants will be available at any one time
