Otherwise the information we require is quite simple so please use a plain sheet of paper or email for availability and a quote.  The information required is as follows:

Your name and full address (the cardholders details if paying by card)

Your Phone number/fax number/email address (as applicable)

The Delivery address (if applicable)

Quantity and full name of each plant ordered

A subtotal of the plants

The P&P service required and the fee (view P&P rates)

Total amount payable

Your cheque or card details (do not email card details!)

If you are paying by card we need to know the following:

Card number; Name on the card; Expiry date; Card type (eg. VISA); Issue number or start date (for Maestro(Switch)/Solo cards) and the Cardholders signature. NEW (29/08/2007) We now require the card security number (3 digits) from the back of your card.
