Postal Ordering

Ordering Your Plants (Terms and Conditions are the same as for online ordering - click here to view)

Please read all the following before starting to fill out the order form.

We will only accept payment with order.  You may pay by Credit or Debit card.  We accept all major types including American Express.  Please make sure that you fill out all the information asked for and provide a telephone number in case of queries. If you wish the plants sent to a different address use the space at the bottom of the form, we must have the cardholders details in the Delivery Details box. We also require the card security number (3 digits) from the back of your card. Please enter this in the box with the other details.

The courier will not deliver unless the parcel is signed for.  If you are not in during the day then please give clear instructions on where to leave your parcel(s) or an alternative delivery address.  Orders delivered to a third party or left unsigned are at your risk. Orders should only be delivered Tuesday to Friday.

Enclose an SSAE or e-mail address for your order to be acknowledged.

Minimum order: there is no longer a minimum order for the UK but it remains £30 plus P&P for the rest of the EU.

Please note that we do not send out plants in midwinter or when it’s too hot. Also, orders sent in May, June and July may be delayed when we are busy with shows.

Please list some substitutes on a separate sheet if this is acceptable. We will not supply an alternative if you don’t ask for one. With some plants we may have a very similar alternative, if you wish us to make substitutes like this then please write “Similar Plants” in the space at the bottom of the form.

If you have a complaint then please let us know immediately. If plants arrive in a damaged condition then we need to be told, in writing, within five days.  Please save all packaging and note the time and date of delivery. We cannot be held responsible for damage caused by the deliverer or failure of the plants due to incorrect care or adverse weather after despatch.
