syn. Belamcanda chinensis. Upright stems with lots of orange flowers with darker orange-red spots in mid-late summer, followed by black fruits. Drained good soil in full sun. 75cm.

Does best in a warm sunny spot with good drainage, flowers from midsummer for a couple of months, maybe longer. You can also grow it in a pot (terracotta probably best) but then it would really need frost free protection overwinter in my experience.

From the Far East.
