A lovely woodlander with attractive palmate foliage and white flowers in early spring. Good foliage colour in spring and autumn. Deciduous. Good soil in shade. 35cm.

This Japanese cultivar has stunning red stained and flushed autumn foliage and for us seems to have more prominent flower stems in spring too so it's well worth a try. Slowly spreading patches for a shady spot, not too dry.
