Clumps of trifoliate leaves and upright stems topped with generous heads of beautiful creamy yellow flowers in summer to 60cm. Rare British native. Average soil in sun.
One of the reliable, safe, clump forming clovers for the herbaceous border. Naturally a plant of meadows it is quite happy finding it's way up amongst other plants so could be used in a naturalistic meadow type planting quite successfully.
