A striking white flowered form of this tuberous hardy perennial. A long succession of flowers from midsummer to the frosts, 50cm. Sun or light shade, shelter.

As with all Commelina this can be late to emerge in spring but once the weather warms up it will grow quickly.  The clean white flowers only last a day but there is a good supply of buds on each stem and a long display is provided.

Best grown in decent soil that doesn't dry out in summer.
