A dwarf form with large soft yellow flowers flushed with orange and with a few darker orange veins. Best in part shade and a decent soil as it's not a quick grower. 30cm.
At first glance the flowers look similar to several other varieties but once you take the whole plant into account this compact grower does stand out with it's deep green foliage and dark purple red stems bearing the relatively big flowers. Most flowers are produced in the usual spring period but it seems to throw the odd stem at almost any time of year!
A recent introduction from Roger Proud in Cumbria, a cross between Geum 'Poco' and Geum 'Marmalade'.
