Glowing greenish yellow winter stems are the main reason for growing this dogwood. Small clusters of white summer flowers followed by white berries. 2.4m if you don't cut back to a stump every year.

This is one dogwood that can get a little bit too big so don't be afraid to cut it back hard at the end of winter.  That said, it has amazing bright stems and I've never seen another Cornus with even a similar colour bark.

Happy in most soils in sun or a little shade.
