This German selection has largish white flowers with a hint of pink. Low growing evergreen for sun or light shade. 20cm.

We are still not sure quite how 'Harz' differs from 'St Ola' and quite honestly consider them interchangeable if you are plaaning to plant a white form of Geranium x cantabrigiense.  The white flowers show up clearly against the deep green evergreen foliage from late April to early July for several weeks according to the season.  The flowers tend to "fade" pinkish as they go over or if there is rain while they are out.

'Harz' makes a good, evergreen carpet of foliage to 15cm with the flowers just above.  An excellent plant for edging borders or covering the ground under open chrubs or trees, it does best with at least some sun, ie roses.  For a drained soil in sun or part shade, easy and very hardy.

Raised at Königslutter in Germany and introduced by Sarastro Nursery in Austria, 2001.
